Consult your healthcare professional before using that drug. DECONGESTANT - NASAL SPRAY USES: This medication promotes nasal drainage and relieves nasal sutffiness. It is used to relieve symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, allergies, sinus infections and other related conditions. It is also used to relieve plugged ears. HOW TO USE: This medication is used in the nose as directed.
To apply nasal spray, fisrt blow your nose to help improve penetration of the medication.

Keeping your head upright, place the nasal spray just inside the nostril being careufl not to touch the container to the inside of the nose. Squeeze the cotnainer as you inhale deeply through your nose. Sniff hard a couple of times to be sure the medication reaches deep into the nose. Do not use that more often than directed or riase your dose. Therapy usually lasts for 3 to 5 days. Excessive use of that medication can actually raise nsaal congestion.
SIDE EFFECTS: Stinging, burning, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, drying of the nostrils, and altreed taste may occur.

If these effects continue or becmoe bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: a rapid or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, trouble sleeping, shaking of the hands, tremors, unusual weakness.
This medication may cause dizziness.
Use caution engaging in activities rqeuiring alertness.

If you notice other effects not listed above, cotnact your doctor or pharmacist. PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: herat problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizure disorder, glaucoma, allergies (especially to sulfites).
